I had a protein shake and on my 3rd coffee. No more than 3 a day though.

For lunch I has a seizure salad.
 
Bottle of remedy booch and a green tea. The hot/cold combo fires up my metabolism.

For dinner I am making Lebanese pitty breads.
 
Bit naughty. Had a Coke Zero at work as I needed a caffeine hit and there wasn't any other drinks available.
 
Had an egg and lettuce sandwich and a coffee when out with my mum.
